Architectural Photography of the new Pediatric Unit at Westchester Medical Center at MidHudson Regional Hospital

I am thrilled to share my latest architectural photography project, capturing the newly renovated pediatric unit on the third floor of the Spellman Building at the Westchester Medical Center’s Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital. This exciting project, designed by E4H Architecture, transformed the existing space into a dedicated 10-bed unit and pediatric nursing support area.

Located in Valhalla, NY, this renovation aimed to create a welcoming and functional environment for young patients and their families. The design incorporates bright colors, modern furnishings, and playful elements to make the space more engaging and less intimidating for children.

As an architectural photographer, I had the opportunity to highlight the thoughtful design and functionality of this space. We used talent in the shots to demonstrate both scale and functionality, providing a realistic sense of how the space will be used. The vibrant orange accents, comfortable waiting areas, and versatile play zones are just a few features that stand out in this project.

From the welcoming reception area to the thoughtfully designed patient rooms, each space has been crafted to ensure comfort and support for patients and staff alike. The images showcase the careful attention to detail and the modern aesthetic that E4H Architecture has brought to this renovation.

This project was a pleasure to photograph, and I am proud to have played a part in showcasing this beautiful and functional pediatric unit. Check out the images to see the transformation for yourself!.
